All products sold on Eram digitalhub are digital products, including but not limited to: Video courses, Digital bundles, PLR (Private Label Rights) products, Downloadable resources, tools, and templates. Once a purchase is completed and access is provided (via download link, account access, or email delivery), the product is considered delivered and consumed. Accordingly, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Many of our products include PLR (Private Label Rights). Due to the nature of PLR products: Content can be downloaded, copied, modified, and reused immediately. Access cannot be revoked once delivered. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided under any circumstances for such products.
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Products cannot be exchanged. Partial refunds are not offered. You are strongly advised to review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to a digital product may constitute a violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, we reserve the right to: Suspend or terminate access to purchased products, Restrict or block future purchases, Provide relevant transaction records and access logs to payment processors to dispute the claim.
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to: Change of mind satisfaction or lack of expected results, Failure to use the product, Technical incompatibility with your device or software, Misunderstanding of product features, Failure to read the product description or policies.
If you experience any issues accessing your purchased product, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to: Ensure you receive access, Resolve technical delivery issues. However, such issues do not qualify for refunds.
